Are survey responses anonymous?
Yes — responses are anonymous by default. You can configure an anonymity threshold (e.g. minimum 5 respondents before results are shown) to protect individual privacy in small teams. Admins never see which individual gave which response.
Can I build custom surveys from scratch?
Absolutely. The drag-and-drop survey builder supports Likert scales, NPS questions, multiple choice, ranking, and open text. You can build any survey from scratch or start from one of the 50+ templates and customize it to fit your needs.
What is eNPS and how is it calculated?
eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) is calculated by asking employees "How likely are you to recommend this company as a place to work?" on a 0–10 scale. Promoters (9–10) minus Detractors (0–6) = your eNPS. A score above 0 is positive; above 50 is world-class. Team Disquantified calculates this automatically and tracks trends over time.
How do I prevent survey fatigue?
Team Disquantified's anti-fatigue scheduling engine automatically spaces survey sends based on what each employee has already received. If an employee has responded to a pulse survey this week, they won't get another survey type for a configurable cooldown period. You can also set blackout dates (e.g. around major product launches or holidays).
Can managers see their own team's survey results?
Yes — managers get their own dashboard showing their team's results, with anonymity thresholds respected. HR admins see company-wide results and can drill down by team, manager, department, or tenure. Results can also be automatically shared via a weekly Slack digest.
